  • To keep your nature-inspired art looking its best:

    • Avoid Direct Sunlight: To preserve the saturated colours and golden tones, hang your print away from direct, harsh UV light.

    • Frame with Care: We recommend using acid-free mounts and framing under glass to protect the paper from dust and moisture.

    • Handle with Clean Hands: Avoid touching the printed surface directly, as oils from the skin can affect the archival paper over time.

  • Original Acrylic Paintings

    • Final Sale: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of my original acrylic works, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" on original pieces.

    • Damages: In the unlikely event that your original artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me at amyjsmith2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece so I can arrange a resolution. 

    • Please provide:

      • A photo of the damage to the external packaging (if applicable).

      • A clear photo of the damage on the painting itself.

      • Once the evidence is reviewed and confirmed, you will return the painting and a full refund will be issued upon it's return, minus any transaction fees.  

      • Your order number.

    Art Prints (A-Z Series & Kiwiana)

    • Change of Mind: I want you to love the magic these prints bring to your child's room. If you change your mind, you may return your print within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

    • Conditions: The print must be returned in its original, protective packaging and be in perfect, resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Faulty Items: I take great care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, I require photographic evidence to be sent to amyjsmith2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

      Please provide:

      • A photo of the damage to the external packaging (if applicable).

      • A clear photo of the fault or damage on the print itself.

      • Once the evidence is reviewed and confirmed, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been processed.

      • Your order number.
