Change of Mind Policy

We have a 48 hour "change of mind" policy. This means that we will refund you if you change your mind within 48 hours of purchase.

Once 48 hours (2 days) has passed, we do not offer refunds.

Refund Policy - Damage in Transit

If your new piece arrives to you in a damaged condition, you have 7 days from receipt (as stated on the tracking document) to email amyjsmith2020@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

If you would like to return the piece for a refund of the purchase price, you will need to send it at your own cost. The purchase price will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 days of the item arriving back with us.
