The Creative Process
Inquiry & Quote: Fill out the commission form below with your desired dimensions, subject matter, and reference photos. I will review your request and provide a tailored quote.
Concept & Sketch: Once your 50% non-refundable deposit is secured, I create initial concept sketches or composition mock-ups for your approval before applying paint.
Creation: I bring your piece to life, keeping you updated with progress along the way. Your fee includes up to two minor revisions during the drafting stage.
Final Approval & Delivery: Upon final digital sign-off and completion of the remaining 50% balance, your artwork is carefully packed and delivered to your door.

FAQ
What subject matter do you accept for commissions?
My signature style focuses on nature, botanical elements, flora, and native wildlife (such as birds). I specialise in capturing natural textures and landscapes. I currently do not accept commissions for human portraits, pet portraits, or buildings/vehicles, as these lie outside my creative focus.
How many edits do I get?
All commissions include up to two (2) minor edits during the preliminary pencil sketch stage prior to painting. Any additional revisions requested after the second edit, or changes requested after painting has commenced, will incur an additional charge of $100 NZD per change.
Important Note for Watercolours: Edits must happen at the pencil sketch stage. Because watercolour paint cannot be easily painted over like acrylic, major changes once paint hits the paper usually mean restarting the piece from scratch!

Watercolours: Standard NZ-wide courier delivery is available at a flat rate of $15 NZD (packaged flat with rigid backing).

Acrylic MDF Panels: Courier shipping within New Zealand is calculated upon invoice based on panel size and delivery destination.
