One-of-a-Kind Art Original watercolors are delicate and, unlike other mediums, they cannot be repaired if damaged by water, creasing, or tearing during transit.
If Damage Occurs in Transit: If your original arrives damaged, please contact me at amyjsmith2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
I require:
Clear photos of the damage to the artwork.
Clear photos of the external and internal packaging.
Please note: As these are unique, one-off original pieces, I cannot offer a replacement or a repair. Once a refund is processed, the transaction is considered closed.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified as a transit fault, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
