Conditions: The print must be returned in its original, protective packaging and be in perfect, resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty Items: I take great care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, I require photographic evidence to be sent to amyjsmith2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
A photo of the damage to the external packaging (if applicable).
A clear photo of the fault or damage on the print itself.
Once the evidence is reviewed and confirmed, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been processed.
