Returns & Shipping Policy

Original Paintings & Illustrations

• Final Sale: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of my original acrylic works, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" on original pieces.

• One-of-a-Kind Art Original watercolors are delicate and, unlike other mediums, they cannot be repaired if damaged by water, creasing, or tearing during transit.

If Damage Occurs in Transit: If your original arrives damaged, please contact me at amyjsmith2020@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

I require:

• Clear photos of the damage to the artwork.

• Clear photos of the external and internal packaging.

• Please note: As these are unique, one-off original pieces, I cannot offer a replacement or a repair. Once a refund is processed, the transaction is considered closed.

Resolution: Once the damage is verified as a transit fault, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
